Trouver Consulting was established in 2017. Starting from the specific circumstances and actual needs of our clients, we provide end-to-end services for Chinese enterprises expanding into Germany, covering everything from market entry planning to establishing a presence in Germany. We base our services on the characteristics of the target market, industry trends, and the strategic goals of our clients, with German local laws and regulations as our guiding principles. Supported by an academic consultant team covering various fields of the manufacturing industry, we assist Chinese companies in entering the German market and facilitate their expansion into Europe. Since our inception, we have successfully provided comprehensive consulting services to nearly 40 Chinese enterprises in Germany, covering strategic planning, project implementation, local team and brand building, as well as localized operational management. Our services span industries such as logistics, international trade, cross-border e-commerce, additive manufacturing, industrial robotics, hydrogen equipment, fluid control, garment processing, and healthcare. Headquartered in Duisburg, Germany, Trouver Consulting has liaison offices in Nanjing and Hefei, China, as well as Munich, Germany.
