坐标中国，德国洪堡学者和德国总理奖学者，德国弗里德里希·艾伯特基金会博士奖学金获得者，南京大学德语和法学双学士，德国哥廷根大学法学硕士与博士，中国执业律师。她的专业领域为债法、工程法、招投标法、公司法和物权法，现任中国南京师范大学法学院教授、博士生导师，主持多项国家级和省部级法学类科研项目、以及多项国家电网公司综合管理类横向科研项目。目前担任江苏省法学会工程法学研究会秘书长、江苏省法学会民法学研究会常务理事以及江苏省执行法学研究会常务理事，兼任南京仲裁委员会仲裁员、苏州仲裁委员会仲裁员以及无锡仲裁委员会仲裁员。
Based in China, I am a Humboldt Scholar and Chancellor Scholar of Germany, as well as a recipient of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation Doctoral Scholarship in Germany. I hold dual bachelor’s degrees in German and Law from Nanjing University, and master’s and doctoral degrees in Law from the University of Göttingen in Germany. Additionally, I am a practicing lawyer in China.
My expertise lies in the fields of contract law, engineering law, tendering and bidding law, company law, and property law. Currently, I serve as a professor and doctoral supervisor at the Law School of Nanjing Normal University in China. I lead several national and provincial-level legal research projects, as well as multiple cross-disciplinary research projects for State Grid Corporation of China.
I am also the Secretary-General of the Engineering Law Research Association of Jiangsu Law Society, Executive Director of the Civil Law Research Association of Jiangsu Law Society, and Executive Director of the Execution Law Research Association of Jiangsu Law Society. Additionally, I serve as an arbitrator for the Nanjing Arbitration Commission, Suzhou Arbitration Commission, and Wuxi Arbitration Commission.
