坐标中国，德国洪堡学者、德国总理奖学者、澳大利亚奋进奖学者及中国第一位澳大利亚-亚太经合组织女性研究人员博士后基金得主。本科毕业于南京大学法学院，受德意志学术交流中心（DAAD）全额奖学金资助获得中德法学双硕士学位后，曾就职于无锡市中级人民法院审判监督庭，后获得澳大利亚联邦教育部全额奖学金，赴澳大利亚攻读法学博士学位。博士毕业后，曾在澳大利亚和德国数所大学从事科研及教学工作。中国执业律师，常年为企业客户提供本地化合规经营咨询服务。她的专业领域为合同法、外国投资法、环境法和气候变化法，在美国、澳大利亚及欧洲等知名法学杂志发表英文论文十余篇，其个人专著“China’s Way to Carbon Emissions Reduction: The Choice of Regulatory Instruments and Its Legal Challenges”是第一本全面分析中国碳市场试点并从比较法层面讨论建设全国碳市场可能性和政策挑战的英文专著，该著作由全球知名出版社Wolters Kluwer收录进其能源和环境法律与政策丛书系列出版。
Based in China, I am a Humboldt Scholar, Chancellor Scholar of Germany, Endeavour Scholar of Australia, and the first-ever recipient of the Australia-Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Women Researcher Fellowship in China. I graduated from the Law School of Nanjing University with a bachelor’s degree in Law. After receiving a full scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) to pursue a dual master’s degree in German and Chinese Law, I worked in the Supervisory Division of the Intermediate People’s Court of Wuxi. Subsequently, I was awarded a full scholarship from the Australian Federal Department of Education to pursue a doctoral degree in Law in Australia.
After completing my Ph.D., I conducted research and teaching activities at several universities in Australia and Germany. I am also a practicing lawyer in China, providing localized compliance consulting services to corporate clients. My areas of expertise include Contract Law, Foreign Investment Law, Environmental Law, and Climate Change Law. I have published over ten English articles in renowned legal journals in the United States, Australia, and Europe.
My monograph, “China’s Way to Carbon Emissions Reduction: The Choice of Regulatory Instruments and Its Legal Challenges,” is the first comprehensive analysis of China’s carbon market pilot and discusses the possibility and policy challenges of building a national carbon market from a comparative law perspective. This work is part of the Energy and Environmental Law and Policy Series published by Wolters Kluwer, a globally renowned publisher.
